Antispam

Revised May 7, 2020

We respect and are committed to protecting your safety and privacy. This Anti-Spam Policy (“Policy”) explains how you can fight spam – report spam, unsubscribe from mailing lists, etc. The Policy is an integral part of our End User Agreements and Privacy Policy. We may change this Policy at any time by posting a new version of the Policy on our website.

1. What is spam?
Spam is any unwanted, unwanted or unsolicited email that is sent in bulk and without your consent.

2. Do you send spam?
We do not approve or send spam. We take your privacy and security very seriously, therefore we use your personal data to send you messages only after receiving your consent to the mailing in the manner prescribed by our Privacy Policy.

3. Are there exceptions when you can send me a message differently?
We do our best not to send you messages without your consent. However, there may be times when, prior to obtaining your consent, we need to send you important information about our services or products, the knowledge of which could affect your safety or user experience. Then, as the legal basis for sending you notices, we will use a legitimate interest or our obligation to fulfill a contract with you.

4. How can I stop receiving messages from you?
If you believe that you are receiving unsolicited messages related to Ajax, or you would like to unsubscribe from our mailing list, please send a request to [email protected]. Please note that since we provide services that help third parties to protect your security, while you are in the End User Agreement or you are using the security services of such third parties and our equipment at the same time, you will not be able to unsubscribe from messages that are directly related to such services. …

5. Are there other ways to unsubscribe?
If you no longer want to receive our emails, you can unsubscribe by clicking on the special link that we put in each letter (located at the bottom of the letter). Additional option – you can send us an email at the address specified in the End User Agreement. If required by applicable law, we may also include our address in every email message.

6. Where can I submit a complaint?
We are very sorry if something confused you in our processes. You can always submit a complaint about our mailing policy at [email protected].
